PAQ interactive is seeking a web developer with Object-Oriented PHP skills and relational database experience (MySQL preferred). Job will include new development projects plus help with legacy code maintenance/upgrades. Candidate must be able to work in a team programming environment and follow established naming/formatting conventions. Candidate should have experience with network protocols FTP / SSH / SSL / SMTP.
Ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Javascript, especially jQuery and AJAX.
- Use and integration with external plugins and their APIs.
- Cross-browser compliance for HTML and CSS.
- Experience with SCCS (preferably SVN).
- Apache administration.
- Mobile skills: website optimization and development experience
- Windows and *nix environments
- GUI / UX design experience
2+ years experience preferred
